		<description>I think spinach would be delicious!  You&#039;d have to be really careful to get the water out of it so it wouldn&#039;t sog the pastry, but mmmmm.

		<description>I haven&#039;t made pinwheels in years!  These sound tasty.  The ones I&#039;ve made before had cream cheese, chives and dried beef.  I wonder if you could use spinach leaves in place of the meat for the vegetarians?</description>
