We'll check back later to see if anyone else has posted, but want to wish everyone a very Happy Labor Day Weekend now. Can you believe summer is over already? Oh, all right, it's not official until the autumnal equinox on the 22nd, but it feels like it is here in NW Ohio. It'll be a working holiday for us as we finish our next Blaze, but we always make time for great food and quiet moments to reflect on what has passed...and anticipate what is yet to come...

Lori - waxing philosophical this Friday p.m. - without the benefit of wine!

Thank *you* for posting, Jillian. When we realized we had yet to work anything up for today's blog post, we first panicked...and then this interview came to mind. It's one of our favs. I can vividly remember the morning we sat responding to the questions in our rented apartment in one of Athens' best suburbs. It was an unforgettable day.

When's your next book out for Blaze or Red Sage?

xxoo

Aw, Patricia, thank you. We strive for truth in each of our books and in life. Always. Our time here on earth is much too short for anything less than that, really. Wouldn't you agree?

Hugs backattcha, sweetie.

Thanks for your warm words, Paula. We love our life and...well, we love our life, period. And the place that makes us feel most at peace is Greece. Scratch that. Wherever we are together accomplishes that. Then Greece. ;D

xoxo

wow, I just loved reading all about you two! Thank you for posting this interview. I could feel the market and visualize the people there as you talked about them. Makes me want to go to Greece! And of course, like Paula, I loved reading about how you met. Made me tear up a bit.
Just loved the post, Thanks to both of you for sharing it and for all the wonderful stories you've given to us romance readers.

Hi, Lori & Tony, Hope the Holiday is great for you both. While I've loved so many of your books (really enjoyed the "Encounters", about those 4 military guys), your "Legal Briefs" is still in my heart as the series where I discovered your writing. &, it was great to meet you at the NYC Literary signing, especially because meeting you was better than I ever expected. Hugs to you both.

My best,

Patricia

What a lovely interview....I loved the description of the time you first met. Life is quite an inspiration. Sometimes I find myself wondering about those same things you question, when I meet people for the first time. I have always considered Greece to be a very romantic place. I will go there one day.

Peace and love,
Paula R.

Okay, Tony trumped my plans to make kalamarakia (calamari/squid) for dinner and fixed Pasticcio (Greek lasagna) instead. Mmm...the whole house smells great! And my stomach is growling like crazy. Who can concentrate? (Wanna take a shot at the dish ...yourself? Then go to: http://sofiemetro.com/recipes.htm)
