The secret recipe was given out to my mom by her aunt Tressie. She was not supposed to tell any one but I convinced her to let it out to me when I was in college and I turned 21. My mom would not use an electric mixer and actually beat all of those egg whites with a mesh whisk. I use an electric hand mixer! My in laws are of Hungarian ancestry. They make Kuchloup.
