Happy Birthday to Me :-)

My mother always gets me the best birthday presents and this year, in particular, she really, really did well. I’ve wanted a cameo ring for a long time, but it couldn’t be just any cameo ring–it had to be vintage.
Isn’t it gorgeous? Even the box is vintage. *jumpy claps* What about you? What’s the best birthday present you’ve ever gotten?

When I bought a brand new car – not used – but brand new. I bought it 5 months before my birthday. That was seven years ago though.
The ring is pretty – very classic.
Happy Birthday. Beautiful ring. You know, I can’t even think of anything right off the bat. My daughter’s birthday was Sunday and I made her day and gave her a Kindle that she had been asking for, she was thrilled.

The best birthday gift I ever received was from my son when he was five. He got a ring from a gumball machine, blinged it out with stick on earrings he raided from his little sisters “stuff” and presented it to me on my birthday as “our marriage ring.”
Now he’s a senior in high school. Someday he’ll be giving another female a marriage ring and this mom’s heart will break a little when he does.

Best present… hmmm… maybe going on a cruise during my b-day… that was a terrific time.
That is totally gorgeous! For my fortieth, my folks let me sleep in their Paris hotel. I paid for my plane fare and food, but, since they were in Paris, I got to sleep in their room. Nice. Sounds funny when you write it, but it was an amazing trip!

Beautiful ring BTW.
My daughter was due on my birthday but came two weeks to the day later so I would have to say my daughter who is now almost 23. But next to her I would have to say the ring my hubby gave me a few years back. It has pearls and diamonds on it. Beautiful.

I have my grandmother’s cameo which is very pretty. The band is in really bad shape so I don’t wear it & can’t afford to fix it but I love having it.
Best birthday! Hard to say as I’ve had a lot of them!! Any time I have spent with family & good friends celebrating is up there in that catagory. One of my favorite gifts is the camera I bought myself almost 2 years ago. I take a lot of pictures which is so fun with digital because you can just erase anything you don’t want!
P.S. I finished reading The Keeper yesterday. Loved it! Loved Jackson & Mariette. The story line was interesting as were the secondary characters. Such a wonderful read. Thanks. I love this series.

Happy Birthday Rhonda. Your ring is beautiful. Can’t think of any birthday presents at the moment, but my daughter when she was in her early teens would make me breakfast (usually cereal and toast)(lol) and serve it to me in bed. I guess you could consider that a present.
