How are you spending your July 4th? Tony and I will be doing what most fellow Americans will: playing softball, enjoying a cookout, passing the time – along with a cold one or two or four – with family and friends, and then capping it all off with a boat ride to take in the fireworks over Lake Erie. The weather looks to be pitch-perfect: HOT and sunny!

Of course, July is chock full of nice days to spend on favorite activities. One of mine is lying on the back deck under the umbrella with my nose buried in a book. Need any suggestions?
